Hey foodies i know most of us are confused when it come to evening snacks also we often got confused what we cook in evening snacks what we serve in appetizer to our guest so to solve your this confusion I’ve brought for your four yummy and easy evening snacks recipes.
Potato chickpeas chaat
so lets get started with the first evening snacks for this I’ve taken about 200gm Kabuli chana soaked these for 6 to 7 hours then boiled it in a pressure cooker upto 2 to 4 whistles in this add boiled potato fine chopped onion onion is Optional chopped tomato – cut after removing seeds chopped green chilli and coriander leaves to make it spicy add jeera Powder chaat masala salt as per taste red chili powder Squeeze half lemon in it and mix well Aloo Chana Chaat is ready if you want to make it more spicy so you can add homemade sauce too
Our next evening snacks in the list is fruit chaat for this pour 2 to 3 tbsp of lemon juice in a mixing bowl honey chilli flakes salt and then mix well I’ve already chopped some fruits here add fruits in it like Grapes, Strawberry, pineapple, apple, kiwi you can also add fruits according to your liking try to use seasonal fruits mix well then take these wooden tandoori sticks If you don’t have it you can use toothpick pierce this stick in fruits one by one like this repeat the same with other sticks how unique this Fruit Chaat looks with this stick serve these Fruit Chaat to your guest next time.
pour a bowl of water in a pan allow it to warm add fine chopped green chilli 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Black Pepper and mix well As soon as water get boiled add one bowl of Rice Flour grind rice in a grinder to make its flour mix well quantity of water and rice flour needs to be equal take it out and allow it to cool then add 2 medium size boiled potato mix it well so as to avoid its lumps this rice flour makes cutlet crispy dough is ready apply oil in your palm and start preparing its cutlet give the shape according to your liking.
keep it square shaped likewise prepare all the cutlets now we gonna fry them for this allow oil to get medium boiled as soon as oil gets boiled add the prepared cutlets one by one fry these cutlets at medium flame.
So as to fry them well from inside flip it after 3 to 4 minutes fry till they get turns to golden brown you can store these cutlets after frying them to 3/4th and whenever you want to eat them then fry them again these get turned into golden brown now keep them on a tissue paper to remove excess oil likewise fry all the cutlets crispy cutlets are ready and you can have these with Chutney or Sauce
