Now the recipe i am sharing looks very amazing and eye appeling but the making of this is simple the dish i am talking about is Spaghetti carbonara with cream. Spaghetti is basically a type of pasta and its shape is thin, solid cylindrical and long pasta. Spaghetti is mostly used in italian cuisines and it is made from semolina (durum wheat).
The base of this healthy spaghetti carbonara with cream is the carbonara sauce in it. Carbonara sauce is a type of pasta sauce basically made from the egg, cream, hard cheese, pancetta and black pepper.
The best cheese to use is parmigiano- Reggiano, Pecorino Romnano or you can use the cheese in combination. So here the recipe of Healthy spaghetti carbonara with cream :-
Ingredients for the Spaghetti carbonara with cream
Thinly sliced garlic
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/8-inch diced pancetta
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tbs
Method for making the Spaghetti carbonara with cream
Firstly take a vessel for boiling the water then add water, 1/2 tbsp oil and salt to it and keep it for boiling on high flame.
When the water is boiled change the flame from high to medium and put the spaghetti in the boiling water.
Cook the spaghetti 80% cooked or till al dente and remember that do not throw the boiled salted water used for cooking the pasta as it will be used for carbonara sauce.
Now take a bowl and in it add 2 large egg yolks and around 1/2 cup cream to it and whisk it properly till the mixture becomes creamy little thick.
After that take a skillet add 1 tbsp oil to it and heat the oil after that add the pancetta to it and remember to cook the pancetta at a moderate heat till it becomes crisp and then add thinly sliced garlic to it and cook till it becomes golden brown.
Then add the al dente spaghetti to the skillet and cook it for around one minute.
Then add the whisked cream and egg yolk mixture to the skillet.
After around one or one and a half minute add the boiled salted water used for cooking the pasta to the skillet.
Now add the cheese, nutmeg, and pepper to it and adjust the seasoning after that.
Finally the spaghetti carbonara with cream is ready to be served in a bowl I will recommend you all to garnish it with some extra cheese on the top of it.

While cooking the pancetta the flame or the heat should be not too high or not too low it should be moderate. Pancetta is basically a salumi (cold cuts) made out of the belly of the pork which is cured with salt.
Also remember that while cooking the spaghetti the water in which it is cooked should be boiling on the flame and should contains salt and oil. Spaghetti should be drained when it is al dente or we can say it is 80 % to 90 % cooked. Al dente is basically a culinary term generally used for the pasta or the rice it basically “means to the bite” or “to the tooth”. It means that the pasta should contains a crunch after it has been cooked and one can check it by breaking the pasta and if there is a thin white line between the pasta means its al dente.
