Enchiladas is basically a tortilla filled with meat or cheese and it is served with spicy chili sauce. Originally enchiladas are from Mexico and it is usually baked. Here is the tasty

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Then in a skillet over the medium heat cook the tortillas by rolling the dough into thin round sheets. Firstly heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and add the flour into it. Then whisk it properly and then add the chili powder and oregano to it. Then add stock to it and mix it vigorously so that the lumps do not form Simmer it for 10-15 minutes until thickened and then remove from the heat. Firstly take a skillet and heat vegetable oil on a medium heat. Saute the garlic and onion till they are soft around 2 minutes. Then add shredded chicken, salt, oregano, chili powder, chicken broth and tomato sauce. Finally cook it for around 4 minutes. Firstly pre heat oven at 400 degree Now grease the glass oven tray with the non stick spray Fill all the tortillas with the chicken and roll it. Then, put all the rolled tortillas in the tray and top it with the sauce and cheddar cheese. Then cover it with the aluminium foil and bake it for around 20-25 minutes. The chicken enchiladas are now ready to be served.
